We have an excellent opportunity for a Part Time Administrative Assistant at our aggregates office in Central Point!

Assist with office administration duties which include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answer phones, manage incoming calls and greet guests & customers appropriately and efficiently.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Receive daily production reports from Plant/Crusher foreman and maintain production reports.
- Enter employee work hours daily and submit weekly to payroll.
- Review and edit material sales tickets.
- Coordinate with Sales Manager to generate sales orders.
- Provide scale coverage as needed.
- Maintain the overall office presence in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Assist managers with special projects.
- Other duties assigned as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Thorough knowledge of standard administrative functions and equipment.
- Proficient using database systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to pay attention to details when performing administration duties.
- Communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Ability to learn company policies and procedures with accounting functions.
- Must be able to follow directions, maintain workflow in areas of responsibility and handle difficult situations.
- Ability to maintain proprietary and confidential information.
- Clerical experience is a plus in the aggregate and construction industry.
- Must have valid driver license and adequate transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Additional Information
This part time position will be approximately 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 12:00pm, but may need to work additional hours as needed.
