Job Summary:

Role Overview:
Responsible to safely supervise and coordinate the crew and activities of the project in asphalt paving, grading, and milling. This position will troubleshoot, and problem solve situations with material quality, equipment operation/repair, and the crew. They will also monitor and discuss production problems with co-workers and management. A professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members is required.

A typical week during production is 60 - 70 hours per week.
During the maintenance season is 40 hours per week.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in product line and supervisory role is required.
2. A Driver's License with a passable motor vehicle record is required.
3. Class A CDL preferred with a Hazmat endorsement.
