Job Summary:
$2000 Signing Bonus after 30 days!


Responsible for understanding, upholding and promoting CSG’s Critical Success Factors, 1) Safety First!; 2) Financial Success (including operational excellence); 3) Employee Satisfaction (including development and training), and 4) Customer Satisfaction. Promote ISG PCM/OEG’s Core Values, safety culture and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI). Primary duties include:

• Tracking project contract design changes and updates
• Tracking of project build progress in addition to tracking job costs
• Coordinating design changes within project scope
• Assist with preparation of change orders and maintenance of project change order log
• Assist with development and maintenance of project schedule
• Assist with development and maintenance of submittals log and RFI logs
• Ability to prepare project submittals and submit written RFIs to client
• Estimating of electrical control panels and associated equipment
• Assist project managers with the production, coordination, review, and approval of project shop drawings and submittals in conjunction with project specifications and production requirements
• Assist project manager by reviewing construction bid packages & contracts
• Provide direction to administrative staff, procurement, logistics department, and production department
• Generally, works under the direction of a Project Manager
• Maintain / compile as-built documents including, but not limited to: Submittals, Drawings, O&M’s, specifications, other project related documents.
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook & Plangrid
• Working knowledge of job cost tracking
• Highly detail oriented with ability to multitask
• Work in a fast paced environment with project deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential
Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 Years experience in UL Control Panel Manufacturing industry or Electrical industry
• Bachelor of science degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred and or applicable experience
• Background and experience with the design of industrial controls, and the electrical controls processes preferred
• Ability to read/interpret/analyze construction schedules & Drawings
• Extensive document controls experience
