Job Summary:
GENERAL SUMMARY/PRIMARY FUNCTION

Promote ISG/PCM, OEG/MDU core values, safety culture and continuous process improvement (CPI). Manage ISG Projects, manufacturing of products, and supply of associated services. Preform and manage design and engineering of ISG products, including, mechanical, electrical and controls.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Manage ISG product manufacturing from concept, through production, testing, quality assurance, to shipment, installation, start-up, commissioning, along with post product installation support.
2. Design and engineering from concept, through production of electrical control systems/panels in compliance with applicable codes, UL508, UL698 and CE standards.
3. Estimating of Electrical Control Panels and associated equipment, services and support
4. Produce, lead, manage and direct designers and engineering from conception of design through submittal, RFI process, product production, as-build, and Operations and Maintenance documentation.
5. Manage production, and or produce Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) drawings and documentation, ensuring ISG standards and quality control or adhered to.
6. Management of production, coordination, review, and approval of project shop drawings and submittals in conjunction with project specifications and production requirements.
7. Provide management interface, leadership and direction to project and production staff, including administrative, procurement, logistics department, and production department.
8. Generally, works under the direction of a General Manager and or ISG Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
9. Front line customer interface developing and designing scope of goods of services.
10. Customer and market identification and development.


Minimum Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering and / or Controls Engineering required.
2. Oregon and / or Washington state registered PE preferable.
3. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in UL Control Panel Manufacturing industry.
4. Highly proficient in operation of computer aided design (CAD) system required.
5. Highly proficient with MS Office software required.
6. Extensive background and experience with the design of industrial controls, electrical and processes systems required.
7. Ability to develop mechanical / electrical and control drawings required.
8. Work and adapt under high pressure environments.
9. Ability to contribute and thrive in a team atmosphere is a requirement.
