We have an excellent opportunity for Project Manager on our team that work in IA, NE, SD. We offer competitive wages with a full benefits package. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Over 4 years up to and including 10 years from post high school, work, military, institutional or vocational environment.

2. Reasoning ability equivalent to a level of applying logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and carrying out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions. Dealing with problems involving several concrete variables in or from standardized situations.

3. Vocabulary ability equivalent to reading various forms of literature and writing reports. Speak clearly and distinctly.

4. Mathematical ability equivalent to adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing all units of measure including decimal fractions. Ability to apply various concepts of Algebra, Calculus, and Statistics to work. (The position may require different actual mathematical applications.)
Duties and Responsibilities

1. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Reviews project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.

2. Establishes work plan and staffing and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel. Reviews status report and prepares project reports. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.

3. Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with difficult people under high stress situations. Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations and act courteous/respectful of others.

4. Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.). Monitor and discuss production problems with co-workers and managers/supervisors.

5. Ensure OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance.

7. While performing daily tasks, may be required to lift and/or up to 10# occasionally, frequently-negligible and constantly-NA.

8. Performs other duties as assigned.
