Information Technology Collaborator

Entry Level: $5,800 - $7,250 /month    
Job Summary:
Establish and maintain an information technology (IT) training program by performing analysis of training needs, designing and developing course curriculum, implementing the training program and evaluating the training results. Develop IT related educational materials and conduct training sessions throughout the organization. Lead cross-business technology team that will test and recommend technologies to be used in the enterprise environment. Demonstrate proper operation of computer technology and other hardware devices and instructs use and troubleshooting of system applications, resulting in increased productivity and minimized downtime. Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day to day work routine for self and others.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology (IT) or related field, or equivalent experience.
Six years’ experience in information technology, including training experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Three years’ experience in training or education, including analyzing need, creating training plans and working with presentation and video creation software.

• Ability to present to large groups of various technical skill levels, in person and remotely.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent planning, scheduling and management skills.

• Understanding of and ability to maintain confidentiality of all company information.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to a culture of excellence, integrity, accountability and team work.
• Effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously through to successful completion.
