Job Summary:
GENERAL SUMMARY/PRIMARY FUNCTION
Responsible for making our #1 critical success factor, safety first, a priority in all tasks and activities performed by self and all others involved. Promote On Electric Group’s Core Values, safety culture and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI). Performs administrative and clerical activities. Primary duties include record keeping, document preparation, presentation development, meeting coordination, and special projects. Provide customer service to internal and external customers.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Onboarding both field & office which includes IBEW coordination for dispatch, RIF’s and portability
• Process new hires and act as liaison to HR office in Portland
• Provide administrative support for project managers and local office
• Attend various office meetings to record minutes and notes
• Schedule and track travel
• Order office supplies and equipment
• Provide coordination for all IT needs
• Answer phones and direct callers to internal and external contacts
• Maintain general documents on the server
• Schedule and coordinate internal meetings
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Position requires knowledge of office procedures, scheduling and word processing software with the demonstration level normally acquired through one-year experience providing administrative support.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Requires strong organizational skills, continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing material as well as the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner. Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive confidential situations. Requires advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Good punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills are critical. Must maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
