Job Summary:
The Project Engineer will assist Project Manager on various Marine construction projects in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures.

1. Assist with tasks for Marine Construction Projects, ensuring that the project is
completed safely within schedule and within budget.

2. Assist the project manager with document control including project QC documents
(I.E. RFI's Daily Reports Timesheets, Submittals, Change orders and Correspondence).

3. Be proactive and make certain that tasks are complete.

4. Communicate with contractors and customer(s) in a clear, accurate and concise
fashion across written and verbal formats.

5. Ensure strict adherence to OSHA requirements and safety program as detailed by the
company Safety Director.

6. Provide reports as directed to Project Manager and/or Operations Manager to update
field efficiency improvements and objectives.

7. Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and
topographical, hydrographic, geological data to plan projects.

8. Assist estimator with take-offs using AutoCAD and topographic and geological data.

9. Assist and support with tracking of material and quarry development planning by
analyzing data.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum of 12 months experience as a Civil Engineer.
