AGGREGATE DISPATCHER/FLEETWATCHER ADMINISTRATOR

We are currently looking for a dedicated Dispatcher/Fleetwatcher Administrator to join our skilled team in Portland (Linnton), Oregon.

Dispatcher responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Receive phone orders for Aggregate and Asphalt Deliveries.
- Monitor and coordinate jobsite delivery and truck activity through computer terminal.
- Become familiar with the abilities of a solo, super solo, transfer and truck & trailer.
- Provide excellent customer service and build close customer relationships.
- Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed.
- Other duties assigned as needed.

Fleetwatcher responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Distributing and assigning/reassigning CLA devices (plug-in devices).
- Monitoring real-time activity and either taking action or reporting infractions to those who are enabled to take action (driver safety).
- Monitoring real-time activity and either taking action or reporting infractions to those who are enabled to take action (MDS).
- Administrating Fleetwatcher site: creating and maintaining jobs/geozones/shifts, equipment, users.
- Creating, verifying and exporting Virtual Shift Tickets.
- Analyzing data and reports provided by the Fleetwatcher system and extrapolating relevant data elements and action items.
- Serving as the main point-of-contact and liaison between organization and Fleetwatcher representatives.
- Serving as the champion and advocate for full use and adoption of Fleetwatcher product within the organization.
- Carrying out or ensuring successful implementation of organizational policy, process and procedure with regards to Fleetwatcher data obtained.
- Serving as the first line of technical support within the organization for any Fleetwatcher-related questions or concerns.
- Troubleshooting/fixing device issues or failures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous truck driving and/or dispatching experience and knowledge of the Portland/Metro area is preferred.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and previous construction experience is helpful.
- Working knowledge of computers, Office software and website navigation.
- Aptitude for rapid learning and growth.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen.
