We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant at our aggregate office in Central Point, Oregon!

Assist with Office Administration duties which include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answer phones and manage incoming calls appropriately and efficiently.
- Greet guests/customers and direct appropriately and efficiently.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Review and sign out TPH lease sheets and maintain pay period spreadsheet
- Calculate, input and maintain DEQ & MSHA reports
- Receive daily production reports from Plant/Crusher foreman and maintain production reports
- Maintain Excavated Fill Permits
- Accounts payable processor
- Maintain the overall office presence in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Assist manager’s with special projects
- Other duties assigned as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Thorough knowledge of standard administrative functions and equipment.
- Proficient using database systems and Microsoft Excel and Office.
- Ability to pay attention to details when performing administration duties.
- Communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Ability to learn company policies and procedures with accounting functions.
- Must be able to follow directions, maintain work flow in areas of responsibility and handle difficult situations.
- Ability to maintain proprietary and confidential information accordingly.
- Clerical experience preferred in the aggregate and construction industry; experience a plus but not necessary.
- Must have valid driver license and adequate transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Additional Information
Normal work hours: M-F 7:00am to 4:00pm, but must have the ability to work overtime if needed. Entry level wage - $14.00/hour
