Job Summary:
Primary duties are to assist project management with project documentation, reporting, contract administration and billing. Perform clerical/administrative support function for the office including but not limited to answering phones, filing, scanning, maintaining office supplies, etc. This position will be working on a jobsite in Manhattan, KS. Expected project duration is 4 years.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Documentation management, including filing and maintaining any necessary logs. Assist with contract and/or subcontract review, corrections and management. Assist with preparation of bid documents. Pull accounting reports, as necessary, for project management. Process billings, weekly time cards, invoice tracking and payments. General job set-up and updates in payroll and accounting system. Process day-to-day administrative items including but not limited to expense reports, supply requisitions, etc.). Work with appropriate personnel on office equipment maintenance, e.g. IT personnel for computers.

Minimum Qualifications:
Requires knowledge of office procedures and word processing software at a level normally acquired through completion of an Associate Degree in a business or office related discipline and 3 years experience providing administrative support. At a minimum, must have familiarity with accounting, purchasing, and contract administration. Construction-related experience is preferred.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing material as well as the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner. Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations. Requires advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills are critical. Requires a positive attitude with internal and external customers. Contribute to a team-oriented work environment. Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
