Entry Level: $4,237 - $5,296 /month    
Job Summary:
Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day to day work routine for self and others. Provides technical and project support to the Operations Department, including safety, measurement, staff operations, training and staff engineering. Reviews Company operations and maintenance records and consult with staff to ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and Company policies. Provides technical, policy or procedural support to district operations staff and may occasionally participate in matters related to right-of-way acquisitions and needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess a working knowledge of natural gas industry and regulatory requirements at a level normally acquired through completion of a two-year degree and two years of utility operations experience. Required to maintain a valid driver’s license.
Essential Job Functions
1. Reviews performance of Company operations and consults with operations staff to ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, including facility maintenance, system surveillance, leak reports and repairs, annual reports, regulatory notifications, regulatory inspections and related activities.
2. Assists with the review of company standards, procedures and policies for compliance with pipeline safety and pipeline integrity.
3. Maintains employee and Company records to insure compliance.
4. Maintains and monitors Company records pertaining to leak survey and underground damage prevention programs.
5. May provide support to district operations and may personally participate in acquisitions of operating rights for installation, operation and maintenance of company distribution facilities.
6. Participates in creation of company standards, procedures and policies related to pipeline safety and pipeline integrity.
7. Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

• Proven communication skills and the ability to relate well with others.
• Proficient in operation and use of personal computers, Microsoft Office Suite applications with other commercially available software.
• Proven time management and organizational skills.
