Job Summary:
Administer safety program in accordance with applicable federal, state, & local laws as well as company policy. Conduct safety audits and accident investigations. Document all accidents, safety violations, unsafe conditions, and activities. Coordinate, conduct, and document safety training as needed. Facilitate and enforce applicable safety standards per NFPA 70E 2015 edition. Position will work in both office and job site environments.

Background check and drug screen required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of a four-year degree in occupational safety/health or safety management required, 1 to 3 years of construction and/or industrial safety experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in dealing with internal and external customers. Thorough understanding of and ability to enforce OSHA regulations and company policies. Ability to recognize hazardous situations and implement corrective measures is essential. Must maintain highly confidential and sensitive information. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint.
