Job Summary:
At all Levels: Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day to day work routine for self and others.

Level II: Compile data and complete analysis for all aspects of utility, gas, and electric regulatory functions, in accordance with federal and state regulations. Prepare and present information with minimal direction for internal decision making and filings with the Commissions.

Level III: For multiple business segments, jurisdictions and companies: Compile data and complete analysis for all aspects of utility, gas, and electric regulatory functions, in accordance with federal and state regulations. Prepare and present information with minimal direction for internal decision making and filings with the Commissions.

Level IV - For multiple business segments, jurisdictions and companies: Leads the preparation of timely submittals for all aspects of utility, gas, and electric regulatory functions, in accordance with federal and state regulations. Lead the preparation of and present information for internal decision making and requests with the Commission(s). Recommends strategies to enhance timely recovery of investments and costs including pricing mechanisms and rate configuration. Conducts first level review of projects and on-going tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
Level II: Must possess a working knowledge of accounting, financial concepts and strong statistical background at a level normally acquired through the completion of a four-year degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, engineering, or related field and two years experience in analysis of financial data.

Level III - Meet minimum qualifications for level II and five years regulatory experience.

Level IV - Meet minimum qualifications for I/II and seven years’ experience in accounting, finance/business, or engineering with at least five years regulatory related.

• Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
