Job Summary:
Now hiring Loader, Dozer and Crusher Operators!

DOZER OPERATOR
Perform daily equipment, walk around and site inspections to identify and correct any unsafe conditions and keep equipment properly maintained.
Safely and properly perform maintenance (lubricating, fueling and cleaning) on bulldozer.
Safely and properly operate bulldozer
Construct drain field and ditches as needed
Prepare site for aggregate mining and stockpile millings and other aggregate products for the plants
Recover submerged aggregate
Cover fabric on job sites
Help tear down and set up crusher during moves

LOADER OPERATOR
Perform daily equipment, walk around and site inspections to identify and correct any unsafe conditions and keep equipment properly maintained
Safely and properly perform maintenance (lubricating, fueling and cleaning) on loader Maintain 3 points of contact at all times while performing maintenance activities
Safely and properly operate loader- Make sure bucket/attachments are lowered to ground whenever leaving the equipment
Load trucks with driver in sight to communicate and ensure safe loading procedure
Load trucks up to legal hauling weight limit
Identify appropriate material to produce quality aggregate material per job specifications. Communicate with other personnel and make required adjustments to material blends
Maintain smooth, level haul roads
Maintain contaminate free aggregate piles
Inspect material - check gradation quality, oversize rocks, contaminants
Keep pit floor smooth & haul roads maintained
May keep concrete plant fed for maximum production
Check for spillage on plant floor and clean up daily (assist with shoveling spillage)
Check for worn out flashing on plant that could lead to spillage
May maintain the left over concrete that is dumped out at the plant
Help tear down and set up crusher during moves

CRUSHER OPERATOR
Perform daily equipment, walk around and site inspections to identify and correct any unsafe conditions and keep equipment properly maintained
Safely and properly perform maintenance (lubricating, fueling and cleaning) on loader, crusher, screen and/or wash plant – including screen changes, manganese and routine maintenance
Safely and properly operate loader and crusher, screen or wash plant
May be required to operate additional company vehicle during crusher tear down, moves and set up. Identify appropriate material to produce quality aggregate material per job specifications
Communicate with quality control personnel and make required adjustments to material blends
Shovel excess material away from crusher, screen or wash plant unit as needed
May conduct quality control sample testing
Help tear down and set up crusher during moves

*ALL Employees are expected to maintain strong customer relations with managers, supervisors, pit owners, co-workers and other customers. Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with difficult people under high stress situations. Be a self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations and act courteous/respectful of others. Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.). Monitor and discuss production problems with co-workers and managers/supervisors. Ensure MSHA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance. And perform other duties as assigned.

**TRAVEL IS REQUIRED- Northern Minnesota and Eastern North Dakota
Minimum Qualifications:
General education, grammar and arithmetic, GED or high school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge and past experience in equipment maintenance & operation.
Ability to provide and maintain proper licensure, medical card and acceptable driving record.
