Job Summary:
Work in a team environment to meet business needs using current technology. Analyze existing business processes and systems. Design solutions to meet business needs and improve processes. Develop, document and implement solutions in accordance with department standards. Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day to day work routine for self and others.

As a member of the Enterprise Business Analytics team, you will work with cross functional teams to build and maintain an Enterprise BI platform.
• Create and maintain ETL jobs, data marts and operational data stores utilizing both SQL and NoSQL data sources.
• Create dashboards and reports using BI/Visualization tools.
• Use data mining, analytics and business experience to help identify, prioritize, structure and solve complex data problems.
• Build foundational solutions for use in various applications throughout the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education and/or work experience requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Operation Research, Applied Mathematics, Economics or another quantitative discipline.
• Four years of Information Technology experience with proven record of increasing work responsibility, effective analysis and project management.

Enterprise Business Analytics Skills
• Experience with the Microsoft Business Intelligence platform: SQL Server, Integration Services, Analysis Services, Power BI.
• Understanding of data warehousing design principles and methodologies including ETL.
• Experience with .NET framework and C#.

• Broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in one or more business applications.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.

• Experience in software design and development in a business environment.
• Understanding of and ability to maintain confidentiality of all company information.
